Quality & Accountability

What if I am not happy with the work?
Then we have not finished. We build two rounds of revisions into every project. You review, you mark what is wrong, and we fix it. If you are still not happy after two rounds, we sit down and figure out why. We keep working until you can honestly say 'this is what I asked for'. We do not charge extra for fixing our mistakes.
Who owns the final code, designs, and content?
You do. Completely. You own all code, databases, and assets we create for you. For design, you own the final designs and source files. For copywriting, you own the final text. We retain no backdoors or royalties. We only keep the right to show work in our portfolio (unless you ask us not to) and we keep rights to our own internal tools built before your project.
Do you use templates or build from scratch?
Both. But we are honest about which. If a template saves you money and does the job perfectly, we tell you and charge you less. If a template is a bad fit, we build from scratch and explain why. We never charge you for custom work and then deliver a template.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We often take outdated or slow websites and rebuild them using modern technologies like Next.js. We ensure all your existing content and SEO value is preserved while giving you a faster, more professional platform.
Is my website mobile-friendly?
Every single project we deliver is 'Mobile-First'. We test on various screen sizes (phones, tablets, laptops) to ensure a perfect experience for every user.

Money & Contracts

How do you charge?
It depends on the project: Fixed price (paid in milestones) for websites or mobile apps with defined scope; Monthly retainer for ongoing marketing or maintenance; Hourly for large or exploratory projects. We tell you the model before you sign anything.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 50% upfront, 25% at a major milestone (like design approval), and 25% upon final delivery. Monthly retainers are invoiced at the beginning of the month. We never ask for 100% upfront.
What if I pay and then change my mind halfway through?
You can cancel at any time. You only pay for work already completed. We will give you everything we have built up to that point, partially finished or not. No holding your files hostage.
Do you charge for meetings?
No. Status calls, kickoffs, reviews, if we are meeting about your project, we do not bill for that time. You only pay for the work we produce.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (USD/ZAR/BWP), Ecocash (for local Zimbabwe clients), and online payments via major credit cards. We are flexible to ensure the process is convenient for you.

Process & Communication

How often will I hear from you?
At minimum, once per week. You get a weekly written update, immediate notification if something goes wrong, and a check-in call every two weeks (unless you prefer less). You can always ask for more communication.
What if I do not understand something technical?
Then we explained it badly. Tonderai (CTO) comes from a teaching background and is great at explaining complex things simply. If you ever feel lost, say so. We will re-explain using different words or diagrams.
What if I am slow to give feedback?
It happens. We understand. If feedback is late, we will pause work and wait, but the timeline moves. If we are waiting for more than two weeks with no communication, we assume the project is on hold.
Do you provide training on how to use the website?
Yes. Every website or app comes with a personalized walkthrough video or live session where we show you how to manage your content, track leads, and update basic information without needing a developer.
Can I add more features later?
Absolutely. We build using modular architectures. This means we can add new pages, payment gateways, or complex features months or years after the initial launch without needing to rebuild everything.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. While we are based in Southern Africa, we have successfully delivered projects for clients in Europe and North America. We are comfortable working across different time zones.

Technical & Hosting

Do you provide hosting?
Yes. We offer high-performance managed hosting. We handle the technical setup, security patches, and backups so you don't have to. If you prefer to use your own hosting, we can assist with the migration and setup.
What if I already have a domain?
That's perfect. We will simply guide you through pointing your domain to our servers, or we can handle the technical transfer for you.
How do you handle website security?
We implement SSL certificates, regular security audits, and firewall protection. For software projects, we use secure coding practices to prevent common vulnerabilities like SQL injection or cross-site scripting.
What is the difference between a website and a web app?
A website is primarily for information (like a brochure or blog). A web app is interactive and usually involves user accounts, data processing, or complex tools (like a dashboard or a booking system). We build both.
Can you integrate my existing CRM?
Yes. We have experience integrating various third-party tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, and custom APIs to ensure your data flows smoothly between your systems.
How do I track my website's performance?
We integrate Google Analytics and Search Console into every project. You will be able to see exactly how many people visit, where they come from, and what they do on your site.

Marketing & Design

How does SEO work?
We handle the 'Technical SEO' (site speed, mobile-friendliness, meta tags) during development. We also offer ongoing SEO services to help you rank higher on Google through keyword research and content strategy.
Who designs the user experience?
Janice, our Head of Product, orchestrates the product vision, ensuring every digital experience is rooted in strategic user-centric design.
Can you help with social media setup?
Yes. We can set up and optimize your business profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring they align perfectly with your new website's brand.
Do you offer content writing services?
Yes. Our team provides professional copywriting that ensures your messaging is clear, compelling, and localized for your target audience.

Support after Launch

Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. You can pay hourly for fixes as needed, or choose a monthly retainer for priority response within 1 business day.
What if something breaks at 10pm on a Friday?
For critical issues (site down, security problem), we have an emergency contact. We wake up and fix it. Emergency support is included for the first 30 days at no charge. After that, it is billed at our higher emergency rate.
What happens if you go out of business?
We are stable, but we provide all source code, files, credentials, and documentation before any project ends. If we ever were to close, you would not be locked out of your own work.
How do you handle intellectual property?
Once final payment is made, all intellectual property (code, designs, copy) is transferred to you. We retain no rights to your specific business logic or brand assets.
