You reach out however you prefer, via email, phone, or a form on our site. Within one business day, Shaldeen (CEO) or Tonderai (CTO) responds personally. We schedule a 30 to 45 minute call to understand your problem, goals, and what 'done well' looks like to you.

A summary email within 24 hours confirming what we heard.

Proposal & Scope
We go away and think. Tenia (Senior Advisor) reviews every proposal to ensure it's realistic. We write a specific scope of work, listing features for software and deliverables for marketing projects. We also tell you what is NOT included.

Written proposal with clear deliverables, timeline, and transparent pricing.
Everyone Meets the Team
Kickoff
Once you say yes, we schedule a kickoff call. You meet everyone who will touch your project: your main contact, lead engineer/designer/marketer, technical support, and the operations lead.

Shared project documentation, communication channel (Slack/WhatsApp), and milestone calendar.
Transparent, Not Annoying
The Work
We work in short cycles. You see working software every 1-2 weeks or get weekly marketing reports. We don't expect you to manage us, but we value your quick feedback to keep things moving. If a delay happens, we tell you the same day.

Weekly updates and access to the development server/draft designs.
Getting it Right
Review & Revision
No one gets it perfect first try. We build in two rounds of revisions for every deliverable. You review, we fix, and you approve. We find the middle ground between unlimited revisions and 'one shot only'.

No Disappearing Act
Launch & Handover
We deploy to your live environment and stay online to catch any immediate issues. You get 100% ownership, including all code, databases, credentials, source files, and a handover document explaining how to maintain the basics.

Ongoing Support
After Launch
Most companies disappear after launch. We don't. You get 30 days of buffer support included. We also offer optional maintenance plans and a quarterly check-in from our founders to ensure your long-term success.

What We Never Do
Bill for internal meetings. If we are meeting without you, that is on us.
Disappear for two weeks without updates. Even 'no progress to report' is an update.
Pretend we know something we do not. We will say 'let me research that' before we guess.
Blame a different department. We are one company. Problems are ours together.
