Tenia is the most experienced member of our team. She joined us not because she needed another job, but because she believed in what we were trying to build, and she wanted to make sure we built it right. She oversees all company accounts, budgets, and financial governance. Every contract, major decision, and project above a certain size crosses her desk. She also serves as a senior advisor to our CEO and CTO. When the founders disagree, and sometimes they do, Tenia provides the calm, impartial perspective that comes from decades of life experience.
