Before Tonderai co-founded the company, he was teaching people how to build websites, mobile apps, and systems. He still runs workshops today. That teaching background is important: he explains technical decisions in plain language, not jargon. As CTO, he sets our technology stack, acts as lead architect for all software projects, and personally handles technical client consultations. He focuses on making sure everything is built right and hates the phrase 'it works on my machine.'
